Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Personnel, focusing on accurate people data management and compliance
• Identify and develop AI-powered workflows to proactively manage compliance risks and automate remediation
• Conduct customer discovery to understand HR data management and build scalable solutions for diverse customer segments

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with enterprise customers
• Technical fluency with APIs, HRIS integrations, and data infrastructure
• Proven experience in building AI-powered products or features
• Strong foundation in structured thinking and prioritization
• Experience in upmarket or enterprise contexts, understanding multi-stakeholder buying and compliance complexities
