Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager- Healthcare Workflow & Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in healthcare administrative workflows to enhance patient experience and reduce costs
• Engage with subject matter experts to validate workflow requirements and ensure operational needs are met
• Coordinate across product teams to manage the software development lifecycle for new healthcare workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 7 years of product management or product-adjacent experience in healthcare IT or related fields
• Proven track record of managing a full product software development lifecycle for complex workflows
• Experience influencing technical roadmaps and driving customer outcomes in a cross-functional environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare administrative workflows and AI automation potential
