• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage the opportunity backlog for product development
• Analyze and prioritize digitization opportunities while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams for successful delivery

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager supporting digital or operational initiatives
• Strong ability to define strategy, manage backlogs, and drive execution
• Experience partnering across Product, Technology, UX, Operations, and Client Experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
• Experience with forms digitization, workflow automation, or enterprise platforms preferred
