Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Senior Product Manager is a full-time position focused on enhancing agent-facing tools and workflows through an AI-first approach to improve conversion rates and agent efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve agent-facing tooling experiences from discovery to launch and iteration
• Drive improvements in agent workflows using AI and automation to enhance conversion and efficiency
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create high-quality user experiences for internal users

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, focusing on agent-facing products and Sales & Operations
• Hands-on experience with data tools like Looker and BigQuery, and ability to set test metrics
• Strong understanding of operational UX and workflow efficiency
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems and API integrations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
