Job Summary

Senior Product Manager is a full-time position responsible for optimizing patient enrollment and engagement processes, mapping workflows, and driving product discovery in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance patient journeys from eligibility outreach to first clinical interaction
• Map and operationalize complex workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction
• Lead product discovery and execution, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare or operational platforms
• Experience with products that drive conversion and onboarding
• Strong ability to simplify complex workflows across multiple teams
• Proven track record of cross-functional execution in product and operations
• Familiarity with metrics such as conversion rate and cost of acquisition
