Job Summary

Senior Product Manager is a full-time remote position focused on transforming mortgage fulfillment through AI-driven product strategies, operational rigor, and systems design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first product strategy for mortgage fulfillment workflows and operational tooling
• Redesign complex operational processes to enhance quality, speed, and cost efficiency
• Build and evolve internal tools to support various stages of the mortgage process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in regulated or operationally intensive environments
• Strong understanding of AI and its application in workflow design and decision-making
• Experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder products or workflows
• Data-driven decision-making skills to shape priorities and define success metrics
