Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for driving product strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing product performance in the veterinary software industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for key platform areas
• Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve product performance and user engagement

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and data-driven decision making
• Extensive experience in writing product requirement documents and managing stakeholder expectations
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior team members
