Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, a full-time remote role responsible for defining platform strategy and technical foundations to enhance the direct-to-consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead platform initiatives, including Shopify Markets Consolidation and Subscription Strategy
• Design internal experiences to streamline team interactions with tools and eliminate friction points
• Evaluate new tools and vendor changes to maintain a coherent technical ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management with a focus on platform strategy or systems-level delivery
• Proven track record of leading complex platform migrations or systems consolidations
• Technical fluency with Shopify APIs and data infrastructure
• Ability to articulate trade-offs between migration costs and long-term capabilities
• Passion for collective AI innovation and mentoring others in product management
