Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, responsible for the product strategy, value proposition, and P&L for the Employee Card portfolio, working full-time in a mid-senior level position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary thought leader and product champion for Employee Cards, collaborating with Consumer product teams
• Analyze portfolio insights to identify trends for driving acquisition and engagement, in partnership with Marketing
• Develop portfolio strategy, optimize performance, and lead reporting and insights for the Employee Card program

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in product management or marketing
• Expert project management skills, including workstream tracking and meeting facilitation
• Financial acumen with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Strong collaboration skills with proven cross-functional leadership
• Customer-first approach with knowledge of commercial customer needs
