Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, responsible for maximizing revenue performance across digital funnels in a full-time, salaried role, focusing on optimizing user experience and conversion rates while leading product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap to maximize revenue per session and user, optimizing the full funnel from click to monetization
• Design and build new UI/UX experiences, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure effective delivery
• Lead and mentor junior PMs, enhancing product thinking and execution across the team

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in growth or consumer-facing products
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end funnels and drive measurable revenue outcomes
• Experience in building new UI/UX experiences and optimizing existing flows
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL
