Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, responsible for the full-time management of merchant and partner onboarding, focusing on enhancing product solutions to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for merchants and partners, ensuring strategic product objectives are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and enhance onboarding experiences based on market needs
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers in product strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on product strategy and roadmap prioritization
• Experience with Design Thinking, Lean product management, and data-informed decision making
• Proficiency in SQL and management of Power BI reports and dashboards
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
