Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, a remote contract position focused on improving platform infrastructure and workflows, requiring at least 3 years of technical product management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve platform and infrastructure issues in a scalable manner as part of a product team
• Re-engineer appointment and patient operations at the technical level
• Automate internal processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve financial transparency

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager
• Direct experience in areas such as identity & access management, billing, or infrastructure
• Experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors
• Proficiency in English (B2+ or higher) and Russian
• Basic understanding of system design and ability to review API documentation
