Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, responsible for overseeing platform infrastructure initiatives and improving workflows in a remote, full-time contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve platform and infrastructure issues while ensuring scalability
• Re-engineer appointment and patient operations on a technical level
• Automate internal processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve financial transparency

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager
• Direct product management experience in areas such as identity & access management or billing
• Experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors
• English proficiency at B2+ or higher, preferably C1, and proficiency in Russian
• Basic understanding of system design and ability to review third-party API documentation
