Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap for a strategic customer segment, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive the development of AI-native features, conduct customer discovery interviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise intelligence software.

Key responsibilities

• Set priorities and drive features from concept to customer adoption with clear ARR attribution
• Build and ship AI-native features using internal intelligence tooling and contribute to the team's shared skill library
• Run customer discovery interviews and translate findings into product specifications without delays

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a startup
• Demonstrated experience building or shipping AI-powered features within an AI-native workflow
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise domains such as financial crime or fintech
• Ability to conduct enterprise discovery calls and rapidly create product specifications
• Proven track record of shipping working versions quickly and iterating based on customer feedback
