Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap for enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Product Manager will translate complex needs into scalable solutions while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for Truework's enterprise customer segment
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, serving as the product voice in strategic discussions
• Define and track enterprise-specific KPIs to drive prioritization decisions based on data

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience in fintech, compliance, or a regulated industry
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align teams toward shared outcomes
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to synthesize complex requirements into prioritized roadmaps
• A proactive approach with a strong bias for action and ownership of outcomes
