Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the commercial execution and global rollout of a standardized cloud architecture, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage high-stakes product lifecycle transitions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer expansion into AI-native services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market execution for the standardized platform architecture, ensuring global readiness for expansion and modernization
• Manage product lifecycle transitions for enterprise-grade solutions, maintaining customer trust and business continuity
• Collaborate with Account Management and Success teams to align customers with platform capabilities that support their growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in PaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or complex B2B Enterprise Software
• Proven ability to synthesize complex technical roadmaps into impactful narratives for Executive Leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Experience navigating collaboration between Engineering, Sales, and Support teams
• Must be based in Canada or Costa Rica, with availability during ET and CST business hours
• A strong understanding of AI-enhanced workflows and a willingness to adapt traditional processes
