Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Coordination of Benefits (COB) product line end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product strategy, execution, and financial performance while transforming workflows with AI and automation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-native COB, enhancing overlap detection and claims recovery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit and optimize operational efficiency
• Manage product analytics and KPIs to continuously improve recovery yield and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Management within AI/ML, data-intensive, or healthcare domains
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including strategy and execution
• Experience in partnering with operations or domain-expert teams to deliver practical products
• Technical proficiency with data pipelines and AI/ML systems; prior engineering experience is a plus
• Strong design partnership skills and UX sensibility
