Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager for the remote position focused on designing critical infrastructure for the core credit consumption calculation engine, responsible for processing consumption data and ensuring accuracy in billing for diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer success by understanding needs related to the metering and billing lifecycle
• Own the financial engine, ensuring mathematical accuracy and integrity of the consumption ledger
• Drive product strategy by collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to balance customer requirements and market opportunities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B
• Technically proficient with AI and LLM-powered technology
• Proven track record as a customer advocate with strong empathy for customer needs
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills to shape product vision and direction
