Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focused on modernizing tech-enabled workflows for virtual care delivery, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy and execution for clinical optimization capabilities, including scheduling and provider availability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance provider efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for clinical optimization capabilities across scheduling and workforce optimization
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to improve provider capacity and operational performance
• Drive product discovery and execution for scalable capabilities across clinical specialties

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience building or scaling products that support complex workflows across multiple platforms
• Background working with EMR/EHR platforms and clinical operations
• Fluency with API-based integrations and platform interoperability
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve operational efficiency
