Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end Member Experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage engagement, activation, and retention metrics while leveraging AI tools to enhance product development and user interaction in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own Member Experience outcomes related to activation, engagement, and health improvements
• Design systems that drive sustained member behavior and support health coaching relationships
• Utilize AI tools for writing specifications, analyzing data, and prototyping solutions

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience with a focus on consumer engagement in health or wellness
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in retention and engagement
• Experience using AI tools in a productive workflow beyond basic prompting
• Understanding of applied psychology and behavior change frameworks
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
