Job Summary

To lead the evolution of internal operating environments, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on Salesforce-driven contract management and enterprise workflow optimization while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems and eliminate operational friction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize operational workflows with a focus on Salesforce-based contract lifecycle management
• Collaborate with various departments to align systems with business objectives and evaluate workflow changes
• Serve as the primary product owner for business operating systems and process modernization initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, systems strategy, or business operations
• Strong expertise in Salesforce environments and system-driven operational ecosystems
• Demonstrated success in designing scalable workflows and cross-functional business processes
• Experience in supporting automation initiatives or enterprise systems transformation efforts
