Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end search platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive engagement and conversion through feature development, experimentation, and data analysis in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the search platform, focusing on retrieval, ranking, recommendations, and matching to enhance user engagement
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to continuously improve product performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps aligned with business goals

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with consumer-facing or marketplace products
• Direct experience in search, recommendations, ranking, or related discovery systems
• Strong foundation in experimentation, including A/B test design and execution
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience defining metrics frameworks to drive product prioritization and outcomes
