Job Summary

Leading product strategy and market expansion initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop a vision for compliance-focused insurance products and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth in the North American insurance market by leading the product strategy, roadmap, and feature set
• Align product vision with market needs and company objectives while executing effective go-to-market strategies
• Engage with customers and industry events to promote the product and gather market insights

Required qualifications

• Prior product management experience within an InsureTech provider or property & casualty insurance carrier
• Strong understanding of compliance-focused insurance processes and regulatory impacts
• Technical proficiency with insurance software, compliance management tools, and document management systems
• More than five years of relevant professional experience in service delivery and product management
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
