Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the growth of the Flex card, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product features from discovery to launch, focusing on onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Flex card features through discovery, launch, and iteration, ensuring fast execution and long-term impact
• Drive core metrics related to offer-to-activation conversion, card usage, repayment behavior, and member retention
• Translate goals into prioritized backlogs in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable high-quality execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in fintech, lending, or consumer financial products
• Proven track record of improving growth, conversion, and retention in consumer products
• Experience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making (SQL and/or data visualization tools)
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product speed and quality
