Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-powered review systems, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product strategy for AutoReview capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering workflows and drive customer trust in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for CoLab's AutoReview capabilities
• Partner closely with AI/ML teams, Engineering, and Design to define and ship intelligent workflow experiences
• Conduct deep customer research to understand workflow pain points, trust barriers, and adoption patterns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products
• Experience building AI-enabled, workflow automation, or recommendation-driven products
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience working closely with highly technical Engineering teams
