Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the evolution of a core platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define multi-year strategies, lead complex discovery, and shape API standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term platform strategy for policy administration, billing, and payment systems
• Serve as the primary product voice with engineering and senior leadership, aligning stakeholders on priorities
• Lead discovery on complex platform problems, grounding decisions in data, user research, and business impact

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in software product management
• Proven ownership of platform or infrastructure products at a regulated financial services company
• Experience leading platform modernization or re-platforming initiatives
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture conversations and understand platform decisions' implications
• Vendor management experience with payment processors or policy administration vendors
