Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving initiatives that impact loan volume growth and portfolio performance, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage strategic projects within the Risk team, collaborating with multiple departments in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize strategic projects in partnership with the Risk team to align with business outcomes
• Support the technical design and implementation of decisioning models and platforms, collaborating with Engineering and other teams
• Use data to evaluate project impact and guide decision-making across departments

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects requiring coordination across multiple departments
• Experience writing technical requirements for Engineering and other teams
• Experience supporting or leading the implementation of decision engines or technical platforms
• Strong analytical skills to assess project impact on product success
