Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the success of the Grow Learner Experience, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize AI tools to enhance product management workflows while ensuring high-quality execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a defined product area, aligning with company goals and leading discovery efforts to understand customer needs
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, synthesizing input to inform product decisions and proactively managing risks and dependencies
• Partner with engineering and design to prioritize and deliver impactful product increments, while supporting continuous improvement in delivery practices

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, enterprise SaaS, or platform products
• Proven ability to own and deliver product strategy and execution for a defined product area
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Strong customer empathy and data-informed decision-making skills
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity across product management workflows
