Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap for TRM's compliance and AML suite, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product initiatives for financial institutions, focusing on customer engagement, rapid prototyping, and delivering AI-powered solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from customer discovery to feature delivery, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and iterate product features based on customer feedback
• Engage directly with sales processes, providing insights and adjustments to enhance product offerings and close deals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of leading complete product cycles in complex domains such as security or fintech
• Experience in building or shipping AI-powered products and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products quickly, with examples of rapid iteration and deployment
• Direct experience managing customer relationships and conducting product discovery
