Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Manager will ensure product decisions align with organizational strategy, manage the backlog of features and user stories, and advocate for customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of product decisions with the organization's strategic vision and communicate outcomes to teams
• Evaluate, prepare, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories while maintaining a ready backlog for cross-functional teams
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems and validate prioritization of work according to strategic direction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate level role
• Five years of experience in product or service development with a focus on measuring value delivered to customers
• Strong analytical skills and experience in solution design, user experience, and full stack development techniques
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management techniques
