Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and strategy for the internal data lake, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define the roadmap, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure data quality and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the multi-year product strategy for the data lake, balancing reliability and new integrations
• Serve as the primary contact for data consumers across various departments, facilitating alignment and managing prioritization
• Build and implement a comprehensive governance strategy on BigQuery, ensuring data classification and access control

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 2 years focused on data platforms or analytics products
• Strong understanding of modern data stack concepts such as data lakes, ELT pipelines, and governance frameworks
• Hands-on familiarity with Google BigQuery
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities
• Experience engaging with data engineers and data scientists on technical architecture decisions
