Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a core product pillar, the remote Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy and lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive feature adoption to enhance ARR and NRR growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap tied to revenue growth and feature adoption
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from definition to launch and measurement of initiatives
• Facilitate cross-pillar coordination with peer PMs to ensure coherent customer experiences

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of product management experience, including 3 years in a B2B SaaS company with $5M-$50M ARR
• Proven track record of shipping B2B SaaS features that positively impacted adoption, revenue, or retention
• Active use of AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and problem-solving
• Technical proficiency in data models, workflow software, and engineering discussions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on concise PRDs and executive updates
