Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Product Manager will drive the expansion of a targeted promotions platform by managing cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into detailed user stories, and ensuring effective execution across e-commerce and omni-channel promotion types.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams during the build phase, writing detailed user stories and partnering with engineering on development and implementation
• Collaborate with internal business partners to clarify and enhance existing requirements, ensuring alignment across teams
• Coordinate with retail POS and data teams to define omni-channel promotion requirements and support analytics needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a retail, e-commerce, or promotions environment
• Strong execution-focused product management experience with a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce promotion mechanics
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and drive requirements from ambiguity to clarity
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with multiple teams
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on practical solutions and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
