Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and delivery of core products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product vision, prioritize initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead product planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Manage cross-functional product delivery, mentoring teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of product management experience in IT or technology environments
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT initiatives from discovery through production
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Experience managing vendor relationships and navigating procurement processes
