Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the Merchant Growth Roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own a critical part of the Relationship Commerce platform, focusing on AI-powered experiences and customer-centric solutions while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Merchant Growth Roadmap, leading initiatives across onboarding, incentives, and daily workflows
• Ship AI-powered experiences that enhance merchant and subscriber interactions, emphasizing automation and personalization
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure cohesive execution and strategy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact on complex product surfaces
• Experience with AI or ML-powered product experiences and intelligent automation
• Strong customer empathy with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights
• Familiarity with Agile product development practices
