Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product vision and strategic alignment, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead complex client engagements, ensuring clarity and collaboration among teams while leveraging AI tools to enhance the product development lifecycle in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment between Valtech teams and client stakeholders
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, guiding product decisions and strategic direction
• Champion the use of AI tooling across the software development lifecycle, coaching teams and clients on practical applications

Required qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy or agency environment
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around a shared product direction
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle
• Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs, with a strong instinct for prioritization
• Solid understanding of SOW management and budget health related to delivery decisions
