Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product direction for data platform capabilities, the remote Senior Product Manager will define and execute the data product strategy, develop business cases for new platform capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data products that enhance healthcare data usability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the data product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs
• Develop business cases and investment recommendations for new platform capabilities and strategic enhancements
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data products and insights solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of product management experience, particularly with technical products or platform capabilities
• Product background in data platforms, interoperability, APIs, or healthcare technology
• Healthcare data experience in payer, provider, or health technology settings
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange methods or standards, including HL7, FHIR, and APIs
