Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end admissions journey, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the admissions flow, ensure seamless integrations across systems, and drive discovery and roadmap initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrollment and financial aid decisions as a unified journey
• Facilitate clean integrations between admissions, enrollment, financial aid, and billing systems
• Engage with stakeholders to define problems, prioritize solutions, and track key metrics related to admissions efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience in shipping software, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of owning a product area through discovery, scoping, shipping, and iterating
• Strong customer instincts with experience in understanding user needs and differentiating between feature requests and underlying problems
• Data fluency with the ability to analyze metrics and prioritize based on insights
• Clear and concise writing skills for creating effective PRDs and stakeholder updates
