Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the delivery and evolution of a key product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the product meets customer needs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog while translating business requirements into user stories and specifications
• Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder input to identify and prioritize problems, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to align on requirements and improve product usability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with fintech, payments, or workflow-based SaaS platforms
• Understanding of operational or financial workflows such as reconciliation or reporting
