Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance product effectiveness, the full-time Senior Product Manager will prioritize product development and solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product roadmap, and engaging with clients, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and teams to shape product direction and identify high-value opportunities
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, manage the product backlog, and translate product opportunities into actionable work
• Engage with clients to understand needs and ensure internal teams grasp the rationale behind product decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or a related field, with healthcare experience preferred
• Foundational knowledge of product management methodologies and software
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas
• Strong service orientation focused on internal and external customer outcomes
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
