Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop and lead key product areas within the platform, focusing on product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct continuous product discovery to identify customer problems and develop a long-term product strategy
• Define success metrics for product areas and ensure alignment of product efforts to those measures
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to create compelling product offerings

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role at a SaaS product-led company
• Strong understanding of product tools, end-to-end product lifecycle, and product practices
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Experience in evaluating market, competitor, and commercial landscapes to offer differentiated products
