Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the breakdown of epics into features, prioritize the program backlog, and ensure the delivery of business value through Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Convert epics into defined features for the program backlog and manage their prioritization on the roadmap
• Lead collaboration with Product Owners to translate features into actionable stories for Agile teams
• Facilitate program planning and demos to evaluate business value delivered and adapt future increments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience in a lead role managing complex projects across organizations
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean concepts, particularly within the SAFe framework
• Experience in leading large, cross-functional transformation programs with multiple interdependencies
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders effectively
