Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance and scale platforms for veterinary clinics in a remote environment, overseeing cross-functional initiatives and optimizing user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for key platform areas, aligning with company goals and customer insights
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
• Analyze product performance and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in adoption, engagement, and retention

Required qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and using data analytics tools for decision-making
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior team members
