Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Championing an AI-first approach, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the strategy and execution of the Care Console, an enterprise-grade tool for healthcare professionals, while working in a hybrid environment across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of the AI-first strategy to empower care teams in scaling panel management
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, UX, Data Science, and clinical stakeholders
• Leverage clinical software experience to prioritize product features and negotiate with medical experts and health system leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Medicine, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in product management
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in defining and building clinical-facing software tools
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience in leading the development of AI-driven products within a regulated environment
• Hands-on knowledge of healthcare data interoperability and EHR integrations
