Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focused on empowering the Growth team, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will oversee the strategic development and management of Aledade's Salesforce platform, collaborating with business owners and internal teams to optimize user workflows and deliver scalable solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business owners to develop and advocate for a shared vision of Aledade's CRM ecosystem
• Optimize user workflows and capabilities by monitoring key metrics and incorporating user feedback
• Write detailed user stories and develop short- and long-term roadmaps to maximize value with minimal risk

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS products
• Proven track record as a product manager in Salesforce, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
• Experience leading end-to-end solutions for Sales and Revenue Operations teams
• Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce Analytics and reporting tools for data-informed decision-making
