Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end product ownership for a squad, the full-time Senior Product Manager will set strategy, manage discovery processes, and ensure successful product launches while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end success of the squad, including discovery, KPIs, Go-to-Market strategy, and post-launch iteration
• Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap aligned with business outcomes and strategic goals
• Act as the primary voice for the squad in planning forums, articulating priorities and navigating complex trade-offs

Required qualifications:

• 4-7 years of product management experience with a focus on squad-level ownership in a consumer application space
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and KPI tracking
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features and measuring their outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership
• Familiarity with fintech compliance or experience working with partner banks is a significant plus
