Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit focused on first-generation students, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap for Seekr, driving outcomes through strategic planning, partner engagement, and user insights while working remotely with occasional travel to NYC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for Seekr, translating organizational priorities and user insights into actionable plans
• Own product analytics, defining key metrics and using data to inform product decisions and stakeholder communications
• Develop tools and workflows that enhance the effectiveness of Basta's coaches and program staff while ensuring a strong student experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in 0-to-1 product discovery within a B2B2C environment
• Strong understanding of B2B2C dynamics, including institutional purchasing decisions and end-user engagement
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch while delivering product features
• Analytics fluency, with experience defining metrics and utilizing data to drive product decisions
• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand product underpinnings
