Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing the quality and trust of service delivery, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage expectations between customers and Pros, resolve conflicting interests, and leverage AI to improve support systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Shape strategy and policy for the post-booking experience, ensuring alignment of expectations between customers and Pros
• Develop and implement decision systems to fairly resolve conflicts between customer and Pro interests
• Establish evaluation systems to measure the effectiveness of AI in support and improve service delivery quality

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management, particularly in marketplace or service delivery environments
• Proficiency in AI applications and evaluation methodologies
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and the ability to balance competing interests
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on AI and messaging systems
