Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product strategy for integrations within the Kindsight ecosystem, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for integrations across the product portfolio, engage with customers to identify needs, and lead cross-functional execution to enhance nonprofit fundraising capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Craft the integration vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company priorities
• Engage with customers to translate their needs into product opportunities and validate concepts
• Own the product roadmap, overseeing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a product role, preferably with B2B and enterprise-facing products
• Strong technical acumen, with knowledge of API design, SDKs, and integration implementations
• Experience working in Agile environments and a solid understanding of Scrum principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage external partnerships and integrations autonomously
• Passion for serving nonprofit customers with a strong sense of empathy and mission alignment
