Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Dash Lead Management experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the execution of AI-powered agents and lead insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Dash Lead Management, ensuring cohesive integration with reporting and lead acquisition
• Lead product discovery and define clear requirements from ambiguous inputs, collaborating with engineering and design teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define positioning and launch plans for new lead-management capabilities

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience with complex, customer-facing SaaS products
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered agents or automation in enterprise products
• Strong understanding of lead generation and lead-management concepts, particularly in advertising or marketing technology
• Proven ability to lead quarterly planning, defining priorities and making trade-offs across multiple teams
• Experience working with CRM or lead-management platforms and a strong product sense in UI/UX design
